We think it’s important to share our success with our wider community and to demonstrate this, we have, over many years provided support in different ways to various local sports Clubs and other wider causes which we consider to be worthwhile.

In 2009, we provided sponsorship to the Sussex Rugby Union Under 15 Squad Tour of South Africa and in 2012 and again in 2013, we financed the purchase of kit for the highly successful Hastings Seagull Swimming Squad’s junior swimmers, for their use whilst attending Residential Training Camps in Cyprus and England, respectively.

We supported Eastbourne Borough Football Club; by advertising in all their Home League Match Programmes throughout the 2010/11 and 2011/12 seasons and we provided further support by joining their innovative ‘Borough Means Business’ fund raising and business networking scheme, throughout the same period.

We currently provide sponsorship each year to one of East Sussex fastest growing and successful local, community Cricket Clubs; Little Common Ramblers CC. In addition to advertising in their full-colour pocket annual fixture booklet; we fund Ramblers’ ‘Club Cap Awards’; providing recognition to those of their cricketers who achieve outstanding results each year.

We also provide our time and expertise when we can.

Andy Williams volunteered and acted as the local Press Officer for Hastings Seagull Swimming Club between 2011 and 2014 and he undertook a similar role for Little Common Ramblers CC 2nd XI between 2015 and 2017.

In addition to our support of local sports Clubs, we also contribute towards wider worthwhile causes.

Between 2015 and 2019 we made regular contributions to the NSPCC (National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children: Charity Registration No: 216401) www.nspcc.org.uk.

In 2016, Andy and members of his family ran the Hastings Half Marathon and the Paris Marathon in memory of the late Tara Batchelor to raise money for the specialist medical research charity, Pancreatic Cancer UK (Charity Registration No: 1112708) www.pancreaticcancer.org.uk.

In 2018,  Andy and his wife set out to raise funds through sponsorship for the remarkable local Charity; ‘Demelza Hospice Care for Children’ (Charity Registration No: 1039651).

They did so by completing 8 Half-Marathons and 2 Full Marathons in just over 12 months, starting with the Surrey Half Marathon on 11th March 2018 and finishing with the Paris Marathon on 14th April 2019.
